Candidates should have a profile that includes the following:
* 5 years experience as a Salesperson and/or Recruiter within the Expediting industry ONLY
* Knowledge of expediting industry, procedures and terminology
* Polished communication and negotiating skills
* Manageable once on the job
* Typical skills, methods and aptitude for Sales and Recruiting
* Independent minded
Salary will be based upon industry experience and Accounts
