Our History
On-Time Express, Inc. was established in 1995 by Robert M. Stark. Robert began with 1 truck, his own, and he ran the operations of his company from the basement of his home in Plymouth, Michigan. Since that time, our fleet has certainly grown and we have emerged to be one of the most highly respected and reliable Transportation Service Providers available. Our customer base is well over a thousand and includes Daimler Chrysler, Ford Motor Company and General Motors Corporation to name a few. In 2006, On-Time was recognized by National Logistics Management as the carrier with the best On Time Performance, beating out our biggest competitors.
